Abstract

El presente trabajo tuvo como objetivo analizar el impacto que tiene la certificación en el estándar de competencias laborales “Despacho de materiales sintéticos” en los alumnos del nivel Técnico Superior Universitario de la carrera de Desarrollo de Negocios área Logística y Transporte en relación con la estadía y su inserción laboral. Esta investigación fue de tipo cuantitativa-descriptiva, mediante encuesta poblacional aplicada de Mayo del 2017 a Septiembre del 2018 a egresados de las generaciones 2014-2016, 2015-2017 y 2016-2018. Los resultados obtenidos en la investigación muestran que los ex-alumnos se han colocado de manera favorable en la estadía, así como en el campo laboral.
