Abstract

Issues associated with online teaching of EIA are discussed and three EIA teaching recipes specifically crafted in this context are presented. A brief account of online teaching and its evolution in relation to EIA is provided. Some of the online teaching was developed in response to social distancing restrictions posed by outbreak of the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic to substitute for field-based activities; the focus being on how to create an equivalent learning opportunity in an online setting.
