Abstract

Muestra la situación de Colombia en materia de apertura comercial e inserción en las CGV, comparando su desempeño económico con el de la Alianza del Pacífico; examina la posibilidad de adoptar un arancel uniforme para racionalizar la estructura arancelaria, evaluando su impacto potencial, y por ultimo describe la evolución de la protección nominal y efectiva en el país durante las últimas décadas, y compara la estructura arancelaria actual con la de otros países.
