Abstract

Revisión de la literatura sobre inclusión a los servicios financieros, tanto la oferta y demanda en países desarrollados y en desarrollo. Se analiza el estado de la inclusión financiera en Colombia de acuerdo con encuestas financieras del Banco Mundial y del Banco de la República y se proponen acciones para mejorar la bancarización en el país.
