Abstract

Analiza el problema del desempleo desde 1999 en Colombia, lo cual afecta principalmente a los jóvenes y a las mujeres, describe los costos laborales haciendo comparaciones con los diferentes países de América Latina, y la falta de una política educativa que genere trabajo.
