Abstract

[Vorwort des Herausgebers:] Die Mobilität befindet sich aktuell in einem grundlegenden Umbruch: Zum einen setzen sich neue Antriebstechnologien mehr und mehr durch. Zum anderen be findet sich das Mobilitätsverhalten aufgrund gesellschaftlicher Veränderungen in einem stetigen Wandel. Sowohl die fortschreitende Urbanisierung als auch ver änderte Arbeitswelten und schneller Klimawandel regen nicht nur zum Umden ken an, sondern machen vielerorts eine völlige Neuausrichtung der zukünftigen Mobilität notwendig. Das KCFM KompetenzCentrum für Future Mobility der FOM Hochschule widmet sich diesen neuen Themen der Mobilität in den Bereichen Forschung und Lehre. Daher freut es mich, als wissenschaftlicher Leiter des KCFM mit dem ersten Band der KCFM Schriftenreihe einen Überblick über die aktuelle Situation und den Stand der Wissenschaft zu den vier wichtigen Themenbereichen einer nachhal tigen Future Mobility präsentieren zu können. Dabei wurden neben Beiträgen von hauptberuflich Forschenden der FOM auch solche von Research Fellows und herausragenden Absolventinnen und Absolventen zum Themenbereich als Grundlage herangezogen.
