    Die Babyboomer kommen in die Jahre. Die individualisierte Fuehrung aelterer und aelter werdender Mitarbeitender beruecksichtigt den demographischen Wandel und kann dadurch einen wertvollen Beitrag zum nutzbringenden Diversity-Management und zum Unternehmenserfolg leisten. Individualisierte und alternsgerechte Fuehrung setzt bei der Wahrnehmung, Einstellung und dem Fuehrungsverhalten gegenueber aelteren und aelter werdenden Mitarbeitenden an und beinhaltet Vorstellungen zur strukturellen und interaktionellen Fuehrung. In der vorliegenden Studie werden erstmals Wahrnehmung, Einstellung und Verhalten von N = 395 Fuehrungspersonen in der Schweiz und in Deutschland ueberprueft und differenziert betrachtet. Darauf aufbauend lassen sich vielfaeltige Gestaltungsmoeglichkeiten fuer die unternehmerische Praxis ableiten, um die Zusammenarbeit verschiedener Generationen vorteilhaft nutzbar zu machen.
