Abstract

Ziel des Gutachtens ist es, die Situation der beruflichen Erstausbildung in Sachsen seit 1994 vor dem Hintergrund der noch anhaltenden Transformation und der Globalisierung systematisch zu beschreiben, ausgewählte Entwicklungen auf der Basis einer Betriebsbefragung zu erklären und künftige Entwicklungspfade zu skizzieren. Für die Zeit bis 2005 wird ein erheblich anwachsendes Defizit an Ausbildungsplätzen vorhergesagt. Deshalb sind alle Ansätze zum Ausbau der Ausbildungskapazitäten in Betrieben, überbetrieblichen Einrichtungen sowie in Berufsfachschulen in Betracht zu ziehen. Dazu werden konkrete Empfehlungen für die Vorgabe eines Ordnungsrahmens, für Bildungsangebote des Staates und für die Weiterentwicklung der Förderpolitik gegeben.
