Monitoring regionaler Immobilienpreise 2016: Gefahr einer Überhitzung am Häusermarkt gestiegen

Abstract

In den vergangenen Monaten haben die Immobilienpreise in Deutschland deutlich angezogen. Da Einkommensperspektiven eine wichtige Determinante von Immobilienpreisen sind, untersuchen wir die, um Veränderungen der Objektqualität bereinigte, regionale Preisentwicklung auf der Ebene der Arbeitsmarktregionen. Neben der Darstellung der regionalen Preisentwicklung untersuchen wir die Preisprozesse der realen Wohnungs- und Häuserpreise. Diese Analyse legt insbesondere für Häuserpreise nicht nachhaltige Entwicklungen in einer Vielzahl der betrachteten Arbeitsmarktregionen nahe.
