Abstract

Eine gelebte Vertrauenskultur ist ein wichtiger Wettbewerbsvorteil für Unternehmen. Vor allem in Zeiten von Digitalisierung und zunehmender Komplexität bildet Vertrauen eine Grundlage für erfolgreiche Zusammenarbeit. Wenn hingegen Kontrollen und Compliance die Kultur eines Unternehmens bestimmen, sinken die Zufriedenheit und Motivation der Mitarbeiter und Konflikte mit Vorgesetzten sind häufiger. Um herauszufinden, wie es um die Zukunft der Vertrauenskultur in deutschen Unternehmen steht, wurden in dieser Studie experimentelle verhaltensökonomische Untersuchungen mit Nachwuchsführungskräften durchgeführt. Die Ergebnisse zeigen, dass junge Nachwuchsführungskräfte ein hohes Maß an Vertrauen, Kooperation und Fairness besitzen.
