An integrated approach to customer elicitation for the aerospace sector

Abstract

An integrated approach, the Transitional Business Model (TBM), is proposed, to facilitate rapid and proactive response to customer enquiries, and to inform the derivation, development, and promotion of new and innovative concepts. The model fulfils a need identified within the aerospace sector to enhance the ability for rapid customer needs elicitation, and to improve competitiveness.
