Wirkung einer Einführung von Familienbonus und Kindermehrbetrag auf die Haushaltseinkommen. Eine Mikrosimulationsstudie

Abstract

Wie die Analyse der Effekte einer Einführung des Familienbonus einschließlich des Kindermehrbetrages mit dem Mikrosimulationsmodell WIFO-Micromod auf Basis der EU-SILC-Daten zeigt, steigt das durchschnittliche jährliche äquivalisierte Haushaltseinkommen dadurch um 184 € bzw. 0,8%. Für die betroffenen Haushalte bewirkt die Reform einen Anstieg des entsprechenden Einkommens um 635 € bzw. 2,7%, während die Einkommensteuerbelastung durchschnittlich um 1.416 € im Jahr sinkt. Die Effekte sind in der Mitte der Verteilung am stärksten ausgeprägt. Das Einkommensteueraufkommen der privaten Haushalte verringert sich laut Simulationsergebnissen um 1,6 Mrd. € pro Jahr.
