Anhaltender Aufschwung im europäischen Bauwesen

Abstract

Nach der Trendwende der Baukonjunktur im Jahr 2014 wuchs die Bauproduktion in Europa auch im Jahr 2015 (19 im Forschungsnetzwerk Euroconstruct vertretene Länder +1,6%). Der Ausblick für die Jahre 2016 bis 2018 ist weiterhin positiv (+2,5% p. a.), allerdings zeichnet sich bereits eine Verflachung des Wachstums gegen Ende des Prognosehorizonts ab. In Österreich dürfte die Bauwirtschaft bis 2018 mit +1,2% pro Jahr weiterhin schwächer wachsen als im Durchschnitt der 19 europäischen Länder.
