Stabilisierung des verhaltenen Aufschwungs in den MOEL

Abstract

Die Konjunktur belebt sich in den mittel- und osteuropäischen Ländern allmählich, das BIP wächst aber noch schwächer als vor der Wirtschaftskrise. Durch Abwertungen oder auch Produktivitätssteigerungen festigte sich die preisliche Wettbewerbsfähigkeit einiger kleiner offener Volkswirtschaften unter den MOEL. Vom Exportaufschwung profitierte in erster Linie die Industrie. Die Binnennachfrage erholt sich 2011 nur mäßig. Auch in den MOEL beschleunigt sich die Inflation durch die weltweite Verteuerung von Nahrungsmitteln und Rohstoffen. Das Wachstum ist vorerst zu schwach, um eine kräftige Ausweitung der Beschäftigung zu ermöglichen.
