Internationale Lohnstückkostenposition 2008 leicht verbessert

Abstract

In der internationalen Arbeitskostenhierarchie lag Österreich 2008 an der 9. Stelle. Am teuersten war die Arbeitsstunde in Norwegen, Belgien, der Schweiz und Schweden. Da die österreichische Wirtschaft 2008 von der weltweiten Wirtschaftskrise weniger betroffen war als die der Handelspartner, verbesserten sich in Österreich die Beschäftigtenproduktivität und die internationale Lohnstückkostenposition. 2009 ist eine Verschlechterung zu erwarten.
