Achieving Excellence In Human Resource Management In The 21st Century

Abstract

The report focuses on innovative tools for managing human resources in the context of Industry 4.0 and the dynamic entry of digital technologies and artificial intelligence into business and public life. The main roles of human resources and management in achieving organizational excellence are explored, through the principles and philosophy of total quality management. The conditions and methods for successful organizational transformation are derived, resp. personnel management. The models for transformation and modeling of people's consciousness are defined, in context with the new business and technological realities of the 21st century.
