Abstract

This paper is dedicated to a research of some innovative practices in human resources management of raw materials industry enterprises in the context of the global COVID-19 pandemic. An analysis of the current practices is made, based on a survey of the opinions of the business representatives for the advantages and opportunities they provide for more effective adaptation to the "new normality" in terms of human resources management.
