Corporate Wellness Strategies And Programs As A Way To Overcome The Hr Challenges

Abstract

The article presents main concepts in corporate wellness, explores benefits of corporate wellness strategies and programs as a way to overcome different challenges in human resources management -better working environment, effective stress coping and change management, work engagement and satisfaction, etc. It is an attempt to provide research results of many research studies about corporate wellness strategies and to understand the importanceof wellness programs in companies. I also shows comparison between practical experiences and research based data. The paper focuses also on the advantages and ways to better people management and workplace well-being launching a corporate wellness program.
