Research Results From The Application Of Organisational Values As A Management Approach

Abstract

The report presents the results froma survey regarding how managers in 2 organisations apply the organisational values as a management approach. One of the organisations is a leading financial institution with about 3,000 employees andthe other one is a manufacturing organisations with about 300 employees. The report provides overview of the phases of the research, the results and the guidelines for continuation of the work.
