Abstract

The turbulent economic development increased the workforce mobility dynamics that caused labor market changes and the appearance of new human resource management features. This paper aims at outlining the latest labor market tendencies -globally, and in three countries: Bulgaria, the Russian Federation, and Egypt, as well as how the 21st-century human resource management reflects them. For this purpose, a descriptive analysis is used which reveals that the most spread problems on the global labor market are present in the three countries while some others appear to be typical mostly for a specific country. The matching point between them and the new human resource management (HRM) challenges is discussed.
