Abstract

In a digital transformation, organizations cannot rely solely on financial and material resources to achieve their goals. There is a need for creative collaborators who transfer their knowledge and competence into competitive solutions and products. Demographic processes and an aging workforce put organizations at risk of talent shortage. Recognizing the importance of creativity for the future development of organizations and synthesizing the theoretical foundations of HRM, the knowledge management approach and the capabilities of cyber-physical technologies, this article develops a conceptual model for managing creative people in an organizational environment.
