The Quality Management Systems and Their Certification in Bulgaria

Abstract

Quality and management quality is becoming a key factor in organizational development and competitiveness. The implementation and certification of quality management systems ensures the responsibility of the management of the organization to reliably and timely meet the needs of society. The resulting certificate improve the image of the organizations and it is a guarantee that the processes, products, services, technologies meet the existing standards.
