Disparités de revenus et évolution de la ségrégation résidentielle en Ile-de-France

Abstract

Une analyse de l’évolution de la ségrégation résidentielle à partir des revenus des ménages en 1999, 2011 et 2015 en Ile-de-France montre combien les choix résiden-tiels des ménages s’opèrent selon un schéma qui va dans le sens d’un renforcement de l’homogénéité sociale à l’échelle locale. A l’échelle régionale, ce renforcement de la ségrégation se traduit par un mouvement de polarisation socio-spatiale et de « moyennisation » (entendu comme le renforcement de la spécialisation sociale de l’espace des classes moyennes) qui affecte particulièrement les communes popu-laires, même s’il existe une diversité de trajectoires.
