L'Impact D'Une Variation Des Dépenses Militaires Sur Les Économies Régionales Et Nationale

Abstract

S'inspirant des modèles de syndrome hollandais et d'économie géographique, nous proposons un modèle de statique comparative à deux régions (une "militaire", l'autre "civile", dont la somme donne le niveau national) permettant d'analyser, en tenant compte des externalités intersectorielles, les effets d'éviction du secteur militaire sur le secteur civil. Le modèle spécifie les cas où les effets de débordement issus du secteur militaire sont source de croissance économique et montre que la croissance régionale est davantage tirée par les effets de débordement intersectoriels qu'interrégionaux
