Formation Et Diffusion Du Savoir, Globalisation Et Spécialisation Régionale

Abstract

Dans la première partie, nous développons un modèle théorique d'accumulation du savoir et de croissance régionale endogène. La relation entre la structure sectorielle d'une économie et la croissance est la pierre angulaire de l'analyse. Nous retenons que tous les secteurs d'une économie contribuent, plus ou moins, à la formation du savoir. De manière générale, la croissance régionale est fonction de la qualification de la force de travail, du degré de développement et des changements structurels. Dans ce cadre, nous examinons les effets de la globalisation sur la croissance régionale. Plusieurs cas sont possibles où la croissance peut être favorisée ou non par la globalisation. La seconde partie de l'article présente une étude empirique sur 327 régions allemandes ("Landkreise"), qui vérifie d'une certaine manière la théorie présentée
