Abstract

Los valores interpersonales (IV) permiten a la persona responder con un comportamiento preferencial en una situación social basada en los Derechos Humanos. El personal de salud en formación debe permitirse modificar algunas conductas para su desempeño profesional. Objetivo: Caracterizar los valores interpersonales que se desarrollan en el estudiante de Medicina en el aprendizaje de los Derechos Humanos. Método: Estudio descriptivo con enfoque cuantitativo, diseño no experimental y correlacional. Muestra intencional no probabilística de 40 estudiantes, ambos sexos, de 19 a 21 años del 7º semestre de Médico Cirujano. Instrumento: Encuesta de Valores Interpersonales (SIV). Resultados: Se obtuvo en las Escalas SIV al final del semestre: Estímulo, aprobación 44/32 como profesional; Conformidad 53/36 Formación crítica; Reconocimiento 42/39 similar; Independencia 57/18 Acción cautelar; Benevolencia 49/39 Altruismo; Liderazgo 35/22 poco poder sin pasar desapercibido. Conclusión: El VI proporciona herramientas en la atención médica al paciente y el reconocimiento de valores, logra un impacto positivo en la formación profesional.
