Abstract

The need to criminalize criminal participation results from the high social danger posed by several criminals committed by the criminal law, as this is the main reason for choosing this topic. Related criminal offenses, material and intellectual contributions of offenders considerably increase the danger to society and criminal law can not ignore this reality in the field of crime. There are offenses that may be committed by one person, but most of these crimes are committed by more than one person, the explanation of this cooperation for committing a crime is that it creates the possibility of safer execution, it is ensured removing obstacles more easily and there are more chances of success.
