Conflict mediation - a solution for overcoming communication barriers

Abstract

Mediation is a way of resolving conflicts amicably with the help of a third party as a mediator specializing in conditions of neutrality, impartiality, confidentiality and having free consent of the parties. Mediation is based on confidence that the parties in the mediator as a person able to facilitate negotiations between them and support them to resolve the conflict by obtaining a mutual convenient, efficient and sustainable.The role of mediator is to facilitate negotiation between the parties and supported in conflict resolution.Mediation means mutual communication and reporting of parts one to cealalata, reporting their mutual needs and interests to find a common denominator. The common denominator is the understanding of the parties is the solution found by the parties with the help of mediator that thanks to the greatest extent, both at the same time.This mutually satisfactory solution occurs after the mediation process because of communication and dialogue as elements of mediation. The more you communicate more and better with how dialogue is sincere and actively involved parties and the mediator, how mediation involves more participants in the process so the solution will be stronger, more clear, defining each hand, satisfactory for either side, and so for both.The mediator may intervene in resolving a conflict school whenever requested.Mediation does not propose anything new, but actually propose a co-existing with human relations, proposing dialogue. Seating sincere and serious dialogue is in fact Seating mediation. Mediation structure this dialogue, the mediator is a specialist in communication and negotiation that facilitate and assist the parties to a conflict to search and analysis solutions. Also he is a third party in the conflict, which gives him more confidence in the parties and the mediation process itself.
