Abstract

Based on interest negotiators must seek solutions that provide maximum benefits provide mutual interest. When areas of interests do not coincide there are options for common arrangements. In such cases, mediators can encourage to change the target points or strengths of the parties or issues available for negotiation. Mediators help parties identify and understand areas of arrangements and overrated expectations of the parties. Assisting in identifying the best option for solving can help in the closure of any spacings between areas of agreement between the parties.
