Bildungsfonds: Budgetentlastung durch innovative Weiterbildungsfinanzierung

Abstract

Zusammenfassung Branchenunabhängig erfährt die berufsbegleitende Weiterbildung einen zunehmend wachsenden Stellenwert. Im Zusammenhang mit den Budget- und Liquiditätsengpässen vieler Unternehmen ergeben sich hierdurch im Bereich der Personalentwicklung häufig Finanzierungsschwierigkeiten. Hiervon sind sowohl Großunternehmen als auch kleinere und mittlere Unternehmen betroffen. Um diese Finanzierung aus Unternehmenssicht mit Blick auf Liquiditätsoptimierung, Kostensenkung und Risikominimierung optimal zu gestalten, bietet sich die Nutzung von Bildungsfonds (beispielhaft der Festo Bildungsfonds) an. Eine Beispielrechnung zeigt hierbei die sich ergebenden Vorteile gegenüber einer herkömmlichen Finanzierung.
