Ein multidimensionaler Fragebogen als Bestandteil eines präventiven geriatrischen Assessments: Vergleich der Selbstausfüllerversion mit der Interviewversion

Abstract

Le but de cette étude était de mettre à l'épreuve la fiabilité d'une version due à l'intéressé lui-même en comparaison avec la version originale d'un instrument en langue allemande, due a l'enquêteur, récemment développé. Nous avons recruté un groupe de 50 personnes au dessus de 75 ans, vivant en communauté, à Hambourg (Allemagne) et Berne (Suisse), soit 25 dans chaque ville. Le questionnaire contient des rubriques sur la santé telle qu'elle est perçue, les conditions chroniques, les activités de base (BADL) et comportementales (IADL) de la vie quotidienne, l'incontinence urinaire, la nutrition, les chutes récentes, la douleur, les mesures sociales de soutienlréseau et de préventionlsoins. De plus, ont été administrés le questionnaire de status fonctionnel (FSQ), l'échelle d'activité physique chez les personnes âgées (PASE), l'index gériatrique d'évaluation orale de la santé (GOHAI), le questionnaire de fonction visuelle (VFQ-25), celui de fonction auditive (HHIE-S) et l'échelle de depression (GDS). Le Kappa selon Cohen (la version de l'intéressé comparée à celle de l'enquêteur) allait bon à excellent (0.69–1.0), avec seulement trois exceptions (activité physique κ=0.49, activités de base κ=0.54 et santé orale κ=0.54). Dans les domaines concernant les activités de la vie quotidienne, la santé orale, la fonction visuelle et la dépression, la version de l'intéressé détectait, de manière significative, plus de problèmes que celle de l'enquêteur. A l'avenir, cette forme d'évaluation pourra être utilisée avec des buts variés, par exemple l'évaluation gériatrique préventive pour les patients ambulatoires et d'autres personnes vivant en communauté, et pour des études épidémiologiques.
