Модель Инвестиций В Коммерческую Недвижимость С Учетом Параметров Потребительского Рынка

Abstract

Статья посвящена построению и анализу эмпирической эконометрической модели влияния розничного товарооборота и денежных доходов населения на динамику инвестиций в коммерческую недвижимость. Эконометрическое исследование основано на принципах коинтеграционного анализа Энгла-Грэнджера. Модель позволяет сделать вывод: изменение инвестиций в значительной степени зависит от условий отрасли торговли как в краткосрочном, так и в долгосрочном плане.
