Распределение Прав Собственности И Максимизация Коллективного Благосостояния

Abstract

В статье исследуются экономические системы, в которых права собственности распределены между несколькими агентами. Показано, что при наличии у владельцев сторонних интересов стратегия управления системой зависит от характера распределения прав собственности. При этом неудачное начальное распределение прав собственности в совокупности с барьерами при их перераспределении может привести к неэффективному управлению фирмами.
