Согласованность Коллективных Действий В Поведении Российских Избирателей

Abstract

Работа посвящена анализу влияния групповых норм на поведение избирателей на выборах в Государственную Думу РФ 1995-2003 гг. Известно, что многие считают голосование гражданским долгом, принимая участие в выборах или бойкотируя их не потому, что желают повлиять на исход, а стремясь соответствовать принятым в обществе нормам поведения. Недавние исследования [2] позволяют предположить, что такой конформизм может распространиться и на принятие решения о том, за кого голосовать, что может привести к значительным искажениям результатов голосования по сравнению с истинными предпочтениями избирателей. Существование такого эффекта порождает определенную взаимосвязь между уровнем явки и распределением голосов между партиями, не укладывающуюся в рамки традиционной теории рационального выбора. Моделирование этой взаимосвязи с использованием результатов российских парламентских выборов не позволяет отвергнуть гипотезу о значимом влиянии эффекта конформизма на итоги выборов.
