Abstract

L’article propose de compléter le rapport social de travail à partir d’une analyse en termes de rapports sociaux de sexe. Nous montrons à partir de l’exemple du déploiement du développement durable dans l’hôtellerie, ici pris comme une innovation organisationnelle, que l’analyse régulationniste du rapport social de travail mériterait d’être enrichie par celle des rapports sociaux de sexe qui s’articulent avec les rapports de domination classiques. C’est en particulier dans l’existence d’une division sexuelle du travail que s’articulent rapport social de travail et rapports sociaux de sexe.
