Abstract

The higher education system is one of the most important activity areas of a state. In order to identify these aspects, this paper consists of a specialized literature analysis concerning the remuneration and salary system and the main normative acts that stand as basis for setting the salaries for the didactic personnel within the Romanian higher state education system. The result of this article will consist of identifying the main aspects that make reference to the salaries for the didactic personnel within the higher education institutions as well as the graphical representation of the salary chart divided into positions and seniority.
