Abstract

The report was prepared by a World Bank team led by Chief Economist for Russia and PREM Country Sector Coordinator Zeljko Bogetic. The group includes: Karlis Smits (Economist), Sergei Ulatov (economist), Alisher Mirzoyev (analyst), Stepan Titov (Senior Economist) and Marco Hernandez (Economist). Box on the foreign economic situation Annette De Kleine, Oana Luca and Shane Shtrayfler and modeling information on the social consequences - Victor Sulla.
