Abstract

La creación de un sistema mundial de poder multipolar es un tema importante en las relaciones internacionales y en el debate académico. Las propuestas de Rusia y China incluyen un territorio euroasiático de enorme extensión, importancia económica y estratégica. En ese territorio se incluye a la UEEA que con asimetría entre sus socios incluye una visión clave de seguridad y cooperación hacia el interior y al exterior del grupo. Las características del comercio revelan el reforzamiento de patrones productivos asociados a recursos naturales intercambiados por manufacturas chinas, lo que señala escaso avance en industrialización doméstica y desarrollo económico.
