Abstract

This paper examines the implementation of Outsourcing in the avocado industry state of Michoacan. Consequently, 25 companies dedicated to export, were asked to evaluate 53 companies that were subcontracted to provide ground transportation service towards the market in the United States. The analysis was performed usind a model of proposed variables for this study, the fieldwork showed that Cronbach´s alpha demostrated a result of 0.923 and the obtained mid-average was 400 points, and that reveals that the evaluated suppliers have a High Efficiency in the managing of the Outsourcing in the supply chain.
