Crisis agrícola y la estructura regional en Guerrero y Oaxaca (México)

Abstract

According with four different typologies (1) rural - urban, (2) economic specialization, (3) technical - productive and 4)human development index .We worked with the municipalities and localities of Guerrero and Oaxaca. We applied two different statistics methods: principal components and clusters analysis, these procedures let us to identify and maximize the municipalities socioeconomics peculiarities, which are part of a homogeneous region (conglomerate) and also the differences among regions (conglomerate). We find three regions which show a territorial transformation process in the South Region of Mexico due to the agricultural crisis.
