Analyse Comparative Entre La Finance Islamique Et Le Capital-Risque

Abstract

Nous essayerons dans le présent article de faire une comparaison entre la finance islamique (notamment ses modes de financement participatifs) et le capital-risque (technique de financement très répandue en occident et connue aux Etats-Unis sous le nom de "Venture Capital"). Cette étude suppose que ces deux techniques de financement sont très proches, à quelques différences près, et qu'un rapprochement entre les deux est tout à fait possible et réalisable, à condition de prendre en compte les particularités de l'industrie de la finance islamique. On estime que ce rapprochement permettrait aux modes de financement Moudaraba et Moucharaka de se développer, notamment dans les pays européens où les citoyens musulmans, en particulier, sont en attente de produits conformes à la Charia.
