Abstract

Spanish abstract Para las empresas de desarrollo de software el capital intelectual constituye su activo más valioso, es por ello que la continua formación de sus recursos humanos, resulta imprescindible para lograr el éxito. El presente trabajo describe el modelo de capacitación en la línea de desarrollo de software implementado en la empresa DESOFT. Se enumeran las acciones de diagnóstico y de enseñanza realizadas, así como los resultados obtenidos. English abstract ANowadays, knowledge is an important asset for IT companies. Therefore, a continuing improvement of human resources is essential for success. This paper presents the training approach for developers involved on the new Desoft software project. Actions for making a diagnosis and carrying on training are described. Also, the results for the organization are showed.
