La Gestión Documental y su Impacto en el Sector Empresarial Cubano (Document Management and its Impact on the Cuban Enterprise Sector)

Abstract

Spanish abstract. En el presente artículo se aborda la tendencia actual de los sistemas de gestión documental como nuevos paradigmas de gestión organizacional. Se realiza un énfasis en el sector empresarial cubano y el impacto de la gestión de información, documental y del conocimiento en los nuevos escenarios del sector empresarial cubano en las actuales condiciones de actualización del Modelo Económico. Se destaca a su vez el trabajo por proyectos que se establece entre las universidades y el sector empresarial. Se exponen algunos resultados derivados del diagnóstico de los subsistemas de información, documentación y conocimiento, aplicadas en las Unidades Docentes pertenecientes al Grupo Empresarial en Perfeccionamiento, aportando sugerencias y buenas prácticas, que permitan retroalimentar a las organizaciones en el uso de metodologías, herramientas y tecnologías basadas en el acceso abierto que permita apoyar a las empresas en el cumplimiento de las resoluciones y decretos ley vigentes en el país; así como identificar los problemas que afectan al subsistema de gestión de información y documentación, elementos claves que constituyen factores dinamizadores en el éxito empresarial.
