Abstract

Spanish abstract. En el presente trabajo se estudia la Gestión del Conocimiento en el ámbito empresarial, haciendo énfasis en la identificación del conocimiento como proceso clave de este nuevo enfoque gerencial. Se analizan métodos, modelos y metodologías que tienen en cuenta al proceso de identificación de forma independiente, de diferentes autores y organizaciones, seleccionándose y adaptándose la metodología ASHEN y el método DACUM para identificar los conocimientos en la empresa Gestión del Conocimiento y la Tecnología (GECYT). Se realiza la caracterización y diagnóstico de la misma. Se identifican los conocimientos, fortalezas, debilidades, vacíos y expertos de GECYT. English abstract. In this paper we study knowledge management in business environments, with special emphasis on the identification of knowledge as a key process of this new management approach. Different authors’ and organizations’ methods, models and methodologies used in the process of independent identification are taken into account. The ASHEN and DACUM methods are used to identify corporate knowledge, Knowledge Management and Technology (GECYT). The characterization and diagnosis thereof are carried out and finally new knowledge, strengths, weaknesses and GECYT experts are identified.
