Abstract

[fre] Partant d'une analyse de l'évolution de la demande sociale en matière de typologies d'exploitations agricoles, l'auteur compare deux nouvelles méthodes qui s'inscrivent dans la tradition agronomique française des typologies reposant sur le concept de fonctionnement de l'exploitation. [eng] Farm typologies. New questions and methods in farm diversity studies . Following an analysis of the new social demands with regard to farm typologies, the autor compares two new methods. These have emerged from the traditional approach in Frenc agronomy of producing typologies based on the concept of farm functioning.
