Abstract

[fre] L'internationalisation des échanges n'a fait qu'amplifier le choc des nations. La confrontation des politiques économiques nationales constitue ainsi un élément déterminant d'une compétition qui ne se joue pas seulement entre entreprises, mais aussi entre espaces nationaux différents. Seul un renforcement de la coopération internationale paraît en mesure de contenir le risque d'éclatement auquel conduit l'exacerbation de cette concurrence à tout prix. Ceci est particulièrement vrai en matière d'échanges agricoles où les interventions nationales sont la règle. [eng] World trade development leads to an increase of the chocks between countries. The confrontation between national economic policies is a determining factor of competition not only between firms, but also between nations. Only a higher degree of international cooperation could avoid the risk of break up resulting from the exarcerbation of this competition. This is particularly true in the field of agricultural trade, where national interventions are prédominent.
