Abstract

[eng] German Corporate Governance . Germany is the first economical partnership of France. But their capital-intensive structures and their principles of corporate governance differ. This article compares the German and French corporate governance. . JEL classifications : G30, K22, K29 [fre] L’Allemagne est aujourd’hui le premier partenaire économique de la France. Pourtant, leurs structures capitalistiques sont très différentes. Les principes de gouvernance issus du passé divergent. L’appréhension du gouvernement d’entreprise doit donc être adaptée pour tenter de bâtir une comparaison entre deux systèmes aussi proches géographiquement qu’éloignés philosophiquement. Cet article tente de faire un état des lieux de la gouvernance d’entreprise en Allemagne. . Classification JEL : G30, K22, K29
