Abstract

[eng] This article deals with the ISO 9000 norms of quality management seen as a movement affecting the technologies of industrial innovation. It suggests a general framework of the relations between norms in application and the evolution of inter- and intra- firm relationships. The ISO norms are considered as « conventional artefacts » aimed at clarifying the coordination between actors.
