Abstract

The role of political parties is important in the functioning of public authorities and at a first glance it is positioned above the citizens will expressed through voting. This paper describes such an interference of politics in the functioning of public authorities, in this case the Local Council. We intend to highlight the legislative deficiencies and to seek solutions for their remedial.
