Abstract

La presente investigación tiene como objetivo analizar los factores que influyen en la rentabilidad de las Micro y Pequeñas Empresas de Perú, frente a los problemas derivados del Covid-19, con la finalidad de contribuir a la literatura del estudio del comportamiento empresarial durante las crisis, desde la perspectiva de la teoría de la contingencia. Para el logro de la investigación se realizó un estudio cuantitativo con una muestra de 291 empresas del sector comercial y de servicios de Lima, Perú. Los resultados del análisis de regresión logística muestran que, solamente dos grupos de variables fueron significativas: ambiente y tamaño, en tanto el grupo de variables que influyen en la tecnología, no fue significativa, para generar la rentabilidad de la empresa
